Looking for Dolce & Gabbana dresses online in the UK? Here, I have opened my address book to give you a list of go-to online shopping destinations. There are seasonal fluctuations in how much stock retailers have at any one point, but the list below is a good starting point. So, grab yourself a coffee, and read on.
Some retailers selling online do not have physical stores. But there are exceptions. These include Harrods, Matches Fashion and Dolce & Gabbana itself, though in the UK, these are concentrated in London. One reason why online shopping for designer dresses is growing in popularity. You don’t have to live in the Southeast of England to buy a Dolce & Gabbana dress. Hurrah!
All businesses sell an ‘edit’ of the full Dolce & Gabbana collection. Some sites have ‘exclusives’. The various fashion buyers working for the online stores tend to home in on different parts of the main collection. There is some overlap (always shop around!) but not as much as you’d expect.
This list is not exhaustive. In general, the online marketplace is now focused on getting the right dress to the right customer regardless of location.
As far as the current season’s collection is concerned, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Dolce & Gabbana’s own online store.
A word of caution for anyone waiting for Black Friday or the sales generally. In normal years discounts applied to Dolce & Gabbana dresses are not the most generous unless you get lucky. Some retailers have reduced inventory in the last 18 months. But if you are searching for deals, persistence pays off.
Among the retailers listed below, I have picked out some favourite dresses – if links for individual dresses don’t work – the dress has gone OSS.
Dolce & Gabbana Dresses Online – Brand Owners and Retailers
Dolce & Gabbana
If you want a good overview of the current collection, then (as mentioned above) starting at Dolce & Gabbana’s own store is a good jumping off point. The website is available in 10 languages and there are country specific versions of the website, including the UK. Has decent dress descriptions as you might expect. When dresses go OSS in specific sizes you can input your email against an OSS item so you can be updated when additional stock arrives. Holds stock in sizes up to IT 54. The larger sizes seem to sell out quickly. As you might expect holds more stock of current season Dolce & Gabbana dresses than anyone else.
On my most recent visit to Dolcegabbana.com, I found this black satin minidress with lacing and eyelets detail. Selling well, no longer available in all sizes.
Harrods carries quite a bit of Dolce & Gabbana inventory. Harrods.com at the time of writing this piece, has 45 Dolce & Gabbana dresses listed for sale. You can buy on the website or if you are in the South East visit its Knightsbridge store. There’s a lot to like here since the Harrod’s buyers opt mainly for ‘classic’ Dolce and Gabbana dresses from the new collections (this will make more sense if you read my post on Autumn Styles).
Dolce & Gabbana stock at Harrods.com includes this black sleeveless midi dress. At the time of writing its available in most sizes.
Launched in 2000, Net-a-Porter stocks the ‘in season’ Dolce & Gabbana women’s line. Currently, it’s not the largest stockist by any means but what it does stock is very well edited. This is a business priding itself on its ‘curation’. Clothes are well described and there are short videos too. Good sales – if you are quick. One of my favourite sites to shop. There is also an app.
Not long landed at Net-a-Porter.com, is this sexy red metallic stretch midi dress. Just wow!
Founded in 2006, My Theresa.com, a Germany-based group, has one of the largest edits of Dolce & Gabbana, stocking dresses from right across the collection from classic pieces to the more edgy. Good sales. The price you see is the price you pay. For sold out sizes you can add a dress to your ‘wishlist’ to be notified of when it’s back in stock.
This flashy hot pink bustier dress is still available in most sizes from Mytheresa.com.
Matches Fashion is a London based operation. It has three London stores where you can find an edit of the 650 brands it stocks. The website is among the easiest to search (Dolce & Gabbana, dresses). Not the largest edit of Dolce & Gabbana dresses but its edit falls to the classic end of the spectrum. A global business with an app and concierge service.
I rather like this leopard print silk blend midi dress. Classic Dolce & Gabbana all the way. Generous sales.
A Good Frock
My site, A Good Frock has prior seasons stock as well as a smattering of Preloved and Vintage dresses. I am a collector – perhaps you are too? I only list a few dresses at any one time. I encourage people to contact me if they are interested in buying a dress or have any questions. All my stock is sourced from official Dolce & Gabbana stockists. I have the luxury of buying what I like. All stock on A Good Frock is offered at below retail prices. Perhaps you missed out on a dress first time round? Currently available is this leopard print silk dress. Another classic Dolce & Gabbana look.
There are other UK online retailers selling Dolce & Gabbana’s women’s line but they don’t currently appear to stock many dresses but generally speaking its never been easier to find Dolce & Gabbana dresses online.
