Delivery and Returns

 

Delivery

Delivery is by DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery at my discretion.  Dresses are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in quality postal bags.

All orders are dispatched within 4 days. Currently I only ship to UK addresses.

Your contribution to postage and packaging is a flat rate of £6.

Returns

Returns are free. Use the same service originally used for delivery e.g. DPD or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. I reimburse return postage with the purchase price of the dress.  Returns should be made within 12 days working days and refunds via Paypal take up to 72 hours to process i.e. initiate the payment. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your item and whether your application for a refund has been successful. A Good Frock is not responsible for the length of time it takes Paypal to process your refund.

Refunds can only be given if dresses are returned in the condition they were sent. Top tip: remove all jewellery when trying on dresses to avoid snagging.  Tags must be attached in their original location. The item should not have been washed or dry cleaned.
